Link Real Estate Investment Trust 2013-06-06T08:31 財經茄呢啡 領匯(823)公佈業績,可派發的利潤增長14%,算是不錯,但在業績公佈後,領匯股價下跌2.5%。領匯這類的REITs本質是用來收息的,但當股價快速上升,引來槓桿式的炒作,結果升得快也自然會突然急跌。目前領匯的股息率,因股價下跌,已從3厘回升至3.5厘。
