2020-07-27 領展(0823)繼去年12月收購澳洲悉尼地標項目100 Market Street後,昨日宣布收購位於倫敦金絲雀碼頭的辦公室物業「The Cabot」,總代價約3.714億英鎊,議定物業價值為3.8億英鎊(約37.685億港元),按物業估值折讓約0.4%。
 
2020-07-27 The Cabot屬倫敦核心商業區的甲級辦公大樓,亦是金絲雀碼頭少數的永久業權物業,現已接近全數租出予高質素租戶。
