Rentals 2021-11-29 12:20 財經茄呢啡 智通財經APP獲悉,瑞銀公布研究報告稱,調高九龍倉置業評級至「中性」,並調高2022-23年利潤預期3%-5%,因如今股價已相當於明年股息率3.3%,較歷史平均值4.4%低出1.2個標准差,並遠低於同業其他零售收租股同業均值介於4.6%-5.3%,目標價由38.3港元升至41.3港元。

Rentals 2021-10-05 11:57 財經茄呢啡 從風險收益看,寫字樓收租股更見吸引,特別是在租賃需求回升的情況下,睇好置地和太古地產,認為兩者的估值吸引,但股價短期內會因政策不清晰而較震動,至於零售銷售方面,認為未來6-12個月將保持增加,但商場收租股估值較不吸引,因大部份的利好已在現價反映,不過睇好領展,認為可分派收入增加動力受本地零售市場恢復和新收購支撐。
