HK Housing Market 2023-10-05T12:03 財經茄呢啡 占本港最多按揭業務的匯豐銀行,上月下旬一改對樓市的「淡定」看法。匯豐環球研究發表報告,劈頭第一句便說:「我們不再估計房地產市場復蘇」,承認過往看得過分樂觀,曾經估計的強勁復蘇沒有出現,反倒是樓價和需求不斷下滑,最新估計明年樓價續跌,發展商新盤得劈價求售!該行將今年樓價估計由升8%,大幅降至「零」升幅。明年原本估計樓價升4%,亦改為明年上半年跌5%,明年下半年樓價才不排除止跌。
