2024-05-06 上述售出單位為怡心園1座中層F室,實用面積約503平方尺,建築面積約646平方尺,屬2房間隔,向東南望內園景。唐榮花稱,單位以$560萬放盤僅2日即獲外區客接洽,議價後減價約$534萬成交,實用尺價約$10,616,建築尺價約$8,266。據了解,新買家為首置客,心儀屋苑屬大型屋苑,配套齊全,環境清幽,睇樓1次即拍板入市自住。
 
2024-05-06 該行促成港島.東18為高層C室單位,實用面積約為531尺,建築面積約為737尺,為三房間格,單位客飯廳四正分明,而且屋苑鄰近港鐵站,交通方便,故獲同區換樓客鍾情,原業主近期叫價約為$740萬,議價後以約$705萬成交,折合實用尺價約為$13,277,建築尺價約為$9,566。

2024-05-16 發展商在政策放寬後積極推盤,並維持價位的克制,這促使一手樓市再度成為市場主導力量。隨著北水湧入香港,以及中央政府對旅游業的支撐措施,股市和樓市近日同步上升。陳永傑預料,隨著成交量的提升,本港樓價將逐步上升,預料今年上半年二手樓價將錄得5%的增幅。
