2024-11-11 剛成交的筲箕灣廣場為2座麗怡苑一個中層D室單位,實用面積約449尺,建築面積約591尺,為3房間隔,L型客飯廳,由於500余萬元已備有3房間隔,故獲外區用家垂青,原業主叫價約$545萬,議價後終以$508萬成交,折合實用尺價約為$11,314,建築尺價約為$8,596。
 
2024-11-11 剛成交的新翠花園為4座極高層D室單位,實用面積約508尺,建築面積約615尺,為三房間隔,客飯廳四正實用,加上單位位處高層,屬屋苑內的優質放盤,另外屋苑為港鐵上蓋項目,交通優質及單位樓價合理,故獲用家垂青,而原業主叫價約$600萬,議價後終以約$558萬成交,折合實用尺價約為$10,984,建築尺價約為$9,073。
 
2024-11-11 該行剛促成嘉亨灣2座中層H室單位,實用面積約為490尺,建築面積約687尺,由於樓價合理,故獲用家垂青,以約$792萬元承接,折合實用尺價約$16,163,建築尺價約$11,528。

2024-11-28 本港樓價結束5個月跌勢,差餉物業估價署數據顯示,10月樓價指數按月回升逾0.6%,按年跌幅收窄至9.9%,今年首10個月樓價累計跌6.8%。
 
2024-12-05 富瑞經濟學家黃梓皓等發表報告,估計明年本港樓價錄中個位數升幅,重要由黃金地段的中小型單位推動,而啟德及新界項目則可能因供給充裕而滯後。由於港元強勢及結構性重整,零售業銷售額或錄低單位數跌幅。進入大規模落成年,寫字樓空置率可能由13%,升至介乎13%至17%。
 
2024-12-05 施政報告推出「組合拳」撐樓市,包括放寬按揭、豪宅計入投資移民計劃,推動各區二手購買力湧現,樓價亦逐漸企穩。《大公報》追蹤的20個屋苑單位最新估價,多達17個較施政報告前上漲,比例達85%,升幅介乎0.4%至9%。業界分析指,隨著劈價盤被消化,樓價跌勢趨緩和,加上市場預計美國美國聯邦儲備局將持續降息,料本港樓價將企穩,明年有望緩緩反彈。
