2024-11-11　剛成交的筲箕灣廣場為２座麗怡苑一個中層Ｄ室單位，實用面積約４４９尺，建築面積約５９１尺，為３房間隔，Ｌ型客飯廳，由於５００余萬元已備有３房間隔，故獲外區用家垂青，原業主叫價約$５４５萬，議價後終以$５０８萬成交，折合實用尺價約為$１１,３１４，建築尺價約為$８,５９６。
 
2024-11-11　剛成交的新翠花園為４座極高層Ｄ室單位，實用面積約５０８尺，建築面積約６１５尺，為三房間隔，客飯廳四正實用，加上單位位處高層，屬屋苑內的優質放盤，另外屋苑為港鐵上蓋項目，交通優質及單位樓價合理，故獲用家垂青，而原業主叫價約$６００萬，議價後終以約$５５８萬成交，折合實用尺價約為$１０,９８４，建築尺價約為$９,０７３。

2024-11-28　本港樓價結束５個月跌勢，差餉物業估價署數據顯示，１０月樓價指數按月回升逾０．６％，按年跌幅收窄至９．９％，今年首１０個月樓價累計跌６．８％。
 
2024-12-05　富瑞經濟學家黃梓皓等發表報告，估計明年本港樓價錄中個位數升幅，重要由黃金地段的中小型單位推動，而啟德及新界項目則可能因供給充裕而滯後。由於港元強勢及結構性重整，零售業銷售額或錄低單位數跌幅。進入大規模落成年，寫字樓空置率可能由１３％，升至介乎１３％至１７％。
 
2024-12-05　施政報告推出「組合拳」撐樓市，包括放寬按揭、豪宅計入投資移民計劃，推動各區二手購買力湧現，樓價亦逐漸企穩。《大公報》追蹤的２０個屋苑單位最新估價，多達１７個較施政報告前上漲，比例達８５％，升幅介乎０．４％至９％。業界分析指，隨著劈價盤被消化，樓價跌勢趨緩和，加上市場預計美國美國聯邦儲備局將持續降息，料本港樓價將企穩，明年有望緩緩反彈。
