2024-12-07　由於消費者心理改善，可能轉向增長商場消費，令零售收租股因而受惠，進而提高股息能見度。正面財富效應亦將令消費者對買樓、以及高檔商品更有信心，對有較多奢侈品零售租戶的零售收租股，如恆隆地產、九置 、希慎及太古地產來說是好消息。新地、嘉里建設及長實則可能受惠於物業銷售改善。至於人幣及日圓走強，亦可能減低前往內地及日本的人數，有利零售收租股及股息能見度。
 
2024-12-07　瑞銀發表報告指，由於住宅市場面臨周期性低迷，該行更睇好開發商而不是收租股，因為強勁的租金提升表明潛在的供給/需求是健康的。該行期望隨著利率變得更加有利，房地產銷售和價位趨於穩定。太古、恆基地產和嘉里建設是其首選。
