BRIGHT SMART SECURITIES & COMMODITIES GROUP LIMITED 2014-02-07T10:51 財經茄呢啡 成功將夜場業務Magnum（2080）上市而成為新一代超購王的耀才（1428）主席葉茂林早前以每股1.3元，向周大福配售1億股耀才股份，同時向其發行認沽期權，周大福可於兩年內以1.63元沽貨，意味周大福穩賺不賠。海通國際（665）前身大福證券，屬新世界旗下，鄭家純揀耀才做策略投資，必定有原因。耀才透露有興趣返內地設立合資，鄭家純的人脈關係有助其搶灘。耀才截至去年9月底止中期賺7,239萬銀，按年增長1.3倍，相當於去年度盈利慨78%。耀才噚日一度跌穿1.3元，收報1.35元，證明周大福入股價鐵底。
BRIGHT SMART SECURITIES & COMMODITIES GROUP LIMITED 2014-01-19T08:50 財經茄呢啡 去年第四季至今年首季港股暢旺兼成交回升，本地證券股耀才（1428）下半年度業績應有可觀增長，配合截至去年9月底止的上半年度盈利按年增長1.3倍，可作中線持有。截至去年3月底止，耀才全年盈利為9,223萬元，但9月底止半年純利已達7,239萬元，保守假設下半年度純利與上半年度相若的話，純利可達1.45億元，按年升幅達58%，市盈率僅10倍或以下，中線以12倍市盈率作為目標，可上望1.92元。
