SOCAM Development Limited 2021-06-22T15:50 財經茄呢啡 港交所權益資料顯示,瑞安建業(00983.HK)獲董事會主席兼執行董事羅康瑞於6月17日在場內以每股平均價1.6896港元增持10萬股,涉資約16.9萬港元。增持後,羅康瑞的最新持股數目為235,927,000股,持股比例由62.98%升至63.01%。
SOCAM Development Limited 2013-09-14T07:14 財經茄呢啡 瑞安建業(983)昨日公佈,以4,680萬元人民幣,向對沖基金Penta Investment購入鷹健12.5%的權益。鷹健主要持有「北京瑞安.君匯」住宅項目,項目合共210個住宅單位以供出售,當中大部份已出售並交付予買家,餘下的單位仍在銷售中。瑞安建業原已持有鷹健52.5%。Penta是瑞安建業主要股東,持有22.9%股權。
