China Overseas Land & Investment Limited 2019-07-25T15:46 財經茄呢啡 近日受到政治事件及大型游行示威持續發酵,本港整體市況亦受到波及。除了樓市及鋪市外,就連日前的招標地皮亦受到沖擊。上星期截標的啟德住宅地皮(僅四財團入標)終於昨天開標,由嘉華伙拍會德豐及中國海外以合資形式投得,中標價為127.3億,平均每尺樓面地價約1.18萬,較4個月前毗連的一幅住宅地皮成交價每尺1.37萬,地價於期內跌13%,反映在政治淡市下,不單止入標財團消減,入標價更是市場估值的下限價。
