China Overseas Land & Investment Limited 2019-07-25T15:46 財經茄呢啡 近日受到政治事件及大型游行示威持續發酵，本港整體市況亦受到波及。除了樓市及鋪市外，就連日前的招標地皮亦受到沖擊。上星期截標的啟德住宅地皮（僅四財團入標）終於昨天開標，由嘉華伙拍會德豐及中國海外以合資形式投得，中標價為１２７．３億，平均每尺樓面地價約１．１８萬，較４個月前毗連的一幅住宅地皮成交價每尺１．３７萬，地價於期內跌１３％，反映在政治淡市下，不單止入標財團消減，入標價更是市場估值的下限價。
