2019-11-07 內房股變相成為這一輪中美貿易談判的受惠板塊之一,人民幣兌一美元周二升穿七算,房企資金變相升值,加上內房繼9月份銷售強勁提升之後,10月銷售仍維持強勢,這實在有點意外,出現「金九銀十」效應,多家內房今年首10個月銷售額,已完成全年目標的80%至90%,其中包括雅居樂、中國恆大、奧園、世茂房地產及新城發展。
