2019-11-14 啟德對上批出的一幅啟德跑道區前排住宅地為4C區1號,今年6月由中資華潤置地伙拍保利置業以129.16億元力壓本地姜奪得,樓面尺價18,080元,意味短短5個月區內地價回軟逾兩成,是次屬跑道區前排最低尺價住宅地。而跑道區前排最貴一幅住宅地則為4C區2號,由會德豐財團於今年5月以125.9億元投得,每尺樓面地價高達19,636元,創出九龍東樓面尺價新高。
