澳門勵駿（1680）以46億出售澳門置地廣場，預期錄得出售收益33億元。澳門置地廣場為一間集合酒店及娛樂場之綜合中心，建築面積約80萬平方米，酒店有439間房。部份集資所得款項將用於澳門漁人碼頭重建項目。勵駿 股價昨高見1.41元，收報1.29元，升3.2%。 |

澳門勵駿(1680)表示，集團將增加10億元興建作為漁人碼頭旗艦酒店的勵駿酒店，會在酒店內增加更多非博彩元素，例如提升天幕及開設全澳門最大的夜店。雖然勵駿去年純利按年出現倒退，惟當中涉及超過1億元的一次性的上市費用，若撇除有關費用，純利實際上有逾一成升幅。 |
