香港電視（1137）昨日舉行股東周年大會，主席王維基不諱言，難保證業務表現，但強調會盡力做好節目。截至今年8月底止，港視共持有總值19.6億元金融資產，當中19.2億元屬債券，其餘約4,000萬元則為股票。集團所持債券為投資級別債券，亦有本地藍籌或其他地區指數成份股所發行的債券，單一債券投資佔比不多於總額5%。 |

香港電視（1137）失落免費電視牌照，股價單日插水三成，集團更即時宣佈裁員320人。但主席王維基表明會在創意工業繼續大展拳腳，但股價短期難免要在低位徘徊。截至今年2月底止，香港電視手頭淨現金及債券總值達23億元，較最新市值約17億元還要高。有分析指，香港電視大跌後的反彈僅屬技術性，但由於現金充裕，跌破1.8元機會不大。 |
