2020-03-01　大唐發電發布，自公告披露之日起十五個交易日後的六個月時間內，持股６．９９８％的股東天津市津能投資有限公司，以集中競價交易方式擬賣出持有的大唐發電股權不超過９９０８萬股，賣出比例不超過公司總股本的０．５３６％。
 
2020-03-01　新證券法提高對違規造假公司的罰款額度之後，有一大批企業趕在去年３月１日之前計提商譽減值，組團暴雷。慈星股權６個億、中集集團４０億～５５億、華東科技近５７億，還有湯臣倍健１５．４億～１６．４億元、大唐發電１２．５８億，以及海正藥業、眾應互聯、鵬鼎控股和昊華能源。每到年底，都是業績洗澡期，上市公司商譽減值、資金減值、壞帳准備等各種計提接踵而至。
 
2020-03-01　對於當前火電的尷尬現狀，舒印彪絲毫不掩飾。在他看來，隨著再電氣化進程的加快，電力企業過去以煤電為主、跑馬圈地的傳統發展模式已無法適應新的市場競爭。記者注意到，多家發電集團紛紛清理傳統不良火電資金。例如，今年６月底，大唐發電控股子公司甘肅大唐國際連城發電向法院申請破產;８月底，國投電力控股股權有限公司掛牌轉讓旗下６家火電公司股權。而華能集團也加大處僵治困力度，處置長期虧損企業。
 
2020-03-01　為何大唐發電如此重視核能？實際上，大唐發電在成立遼寧莊河核電有限公司之前，就參股了中國大唐集團核電有限公司和福建寧德核電有限公司，現在持股比例分別為４０％及４４％。寧德核電是大唐能源主要的現金奶牛。下圖所示，寧德核電每年給大唐發電帶來不錯的盈利，占大唐時代的總盈利比例也逐年增長，由２０１５年的２１．７９５增長至２０１８年的３５．２６％。
