2021-06-04　香港電視（1137）旗下Shoalter主力提供電子商貿方案。Shoalter與I.T合作成立的首個大型網上購物商場「EESE（Enjoy E-Shopping Every Day）」，將於今年第四季開業。
 
2021-06-04　「EESE」的營銷及傭金計劃、物流及派遞安排均與HKTVmall有所不同，商戶可透過一個系統，同時在兩個平台開店及銷售，吸納不同客人。Shoalter將收取一次式的履行費用、合約期內的年費及按營業額收取的傭金。
 
2021-06-04　I.T由大股東沈嘉偉連同私募基金CVC提出私有化，今年4月結束長達16年的上市地位，沈嘉偉與CVC的合營公司，接收了最值錢的「猿人」品牌業務，逾10個自有品牌如CHOCOLATE 、Izzue等，則由沈嘉偉獨自經營。
 
2021-06-04　阿里巴巴（9988）旗下天貓正式進軍香港，大和認為，天貓香港在未來2至3年難以對港視構成威脅，因客人主要在HKTVmall購買糧油雜貨，但天貓香港未有提供該類商品，以及天貓香港沒有基礎物流措施，包括運送冷凍產品等。
