新意網（1686）決定就科技園旗下將軍澳工業村地皮的司法覆核案件裁決提出上訴，新意網指，將軍澳工業村內部分數據中心營運商的營運模式，涉及分租或容許第三方佔用行為，將軍澳工業村用地享有香港政府的大幅資助，科學園沒有採取充分合理措施以執行其租約條款，禁止該等營運商分租場地予第三方或容許第三方佔用場地，讓他們取得不公平的競爭優勢。 |
