李嘉誠旗下長和系分拆的港燈投資（2638）昨日截止招股，市傳公開發售錄得逾6倍超額認購，凍資逾百億元，反應雖遠勝近年同由長和系分拆的匯賢（87001）。有消息指，雖然不少小股東在電能（006）股東會上分拆表示不滿，指今次分拆港燈是變相被迫供股，但仍獲不少忠實股東以現金支持。 |

電能（006）擬以信託形式分拆港燈業務獨立上市，預計能為電能股東帶來特別息，因而協助其母公司長建降低淨負債比率。集團正在籌辦一筆375億元三年期貸款，以配合旗下港燈分拆上市。 |
