證券時報記者 安毅 H股上市銀行瀘州銀行的大規模增資計劃或將夭折。 6月25日晚，瀘州銀行公告稱，鑒於股東對非公開發行H股相關議案提出的意見，董事會決定暫緩將相關議案提交股東大會審議。 按照原計劃，該行於月底召開的年度股東大會將審議擬根據特別授權非公開發行不超過10億股新H股的議案。此次定增發行對象預計不少於6名，募資總額不低於18.5億港元 |
