唐牛 :海通国际（665）上半年受惠牵头母公司海通证券（6837）上市，市况波动下盈利仍增一成。新股及配售活动转旺，对海通国际有帮助。近期A股ETF成交火热，海通国际作为首批推出RQFII基金嘅券商将受惠。截至6月底止，海通每股NAV值3.48元，现价较资产值有一成折让，而行内普遍有溢价。海通证券现持海通国际近七成股权，连同第二大股东新创建（659）所持7%，街货仅约2亿股，虽然现价私有化价值不高，但货源归边易于炒上。海通国际昨收报3.02元，逆市升1.7%，成功突破阻力区，以NAV价作目标，潜在升幅15%。 |
