李嘉诚旗下长和系分拆的港灯投资（2638）昨日截止招股，市传公开发售录得逾6倍超额认购，冻资逾百亿元，反应虽远胜近年同由长和系分拆的汇贤（87001）。有消息指，虽然不少小股东在电能（006）股东会上分拆表示不满，指今次分拆港灯是变相被迫供股，但仍获不少忠实股东以现金支持。 |
