Hot News 招行預定2025年度中期派息率35% @ 2025-03-28T Back Hot News Keyword：招行 招商銀行 Concept：去年１２月３１日 招商銀行(０３９６８．ＨＫ)公布去年業績後今早股價造淡，今早低開３％跌幅擴大，股價最新跌５．１％報４５．９元。摩根大通指，招行去年第四季不良資產形成比率按季升１２點子至１．１４，不良貸款比率按季升１點子，不良貸款覆蓋率按季跌２０．２個百分點至４１２％，零售資產質素持續轉差，零售不良貸款率、特別關注貸款率及逾期貸款率各按季升３至８點子。此外，手續費收入按年跌４％，雖然優於同業交行(０３３２８．ＨＫ)及郵儲行(０１６５８．ＨＫ)的按年跌１５％及１７％，且較去年第三季按年跌１３％回穩，但監於股市復蘇，有關表現仍差於預期。 ３月２５日晚間，招商銀行（６０００３６．ＳＨ，０３９６８．ＨＫ）公布的２０２４年業績報告顯示，去年招行實現營業收入３３７４．８８億元，同比下降０．４８％ ；實現歸屬於股東的淨利潤１４８３．９１億元，同比增長１．２２％。 先說結論：２０２４年，招商銀行又降薪了，人均費用降到了６０萬元以下。盡管招行去年淨利潤同比有所增長。 「淨息差」是這兩年繞不開的話題。去年招行管理層曾表示淨息差或將持續承壓，但同比降幅可能會逐步收斂。記者注意到，２０２４年招商銀行淨息差為１．９８％，較上年下降０．１７個百分點，已較２０２３年０．２５個百分點的降幅有所縮減。 在３月２７日舉行的業績會上，招商銀行董事長繆建民提到，有投資者預期今年分紅率比較高。招行在２０１３年將保持３０％以上的分紅率寫入公司章程，是上市銀行中的首家。去年分紅率為３５％，今年為３５．３％，「應該說是相當不錯的分紅率了。」 招商銀行今日召開２０２４年度業績發布會。董事長繆建民指出，招行去年的分紅現金分紅比例達到了３５％，現金分紅率３５．３％，每股兩塊錢，應該說是相當不錯的分紅率。「當然也有投資者希望更高，但是我想保持比較高、比較穩定的分紅率，對投資者的價值創造是比較重要的。」繆建民表示，希望保持行業內領先且比較穩定的分紅比例。（金融一線）
