摩根士丹利發布研究報告稱,予恆隆地產(00101)「與大市同步」評級,目標價6.5港元。該行預測公司去年基本每股盈利將同比跌22%,較市場普遍預期低13%,主要是受到中國內地及香港租金EBIT受壓,以及利息開支增加的影響。每股末期息料減至0.52元,與中期息減幅相若,惟派息仍相當於2024及2025年預測每股現金盈利的119%及125%,反映股息或有進一步風險。
此外,該行認為投資者可能對中國零售市場的前景保持謹慎,並擔心人民幣貶值對恆隆地產以港元計價的利潤和股息的影響,但公司8.7%的股息率具吸引力,維持對其「買入」評級,目標價由7.3元下調至7.05元。(JL/K)
智通財經APP獲悉,瑞銀發布研報稱,予恆隆地產(00101)「中性」評級,目標價由7港元下調至6.1港元。報告稱,恆隆地產公布2024財年核心盈利31億港元,同比下跌25%,低於預期,主要因為發展項目計提38.4億港元減值;若除去該因素,基礎利潤達35億港元,大致符合預期。此外,與中期股息相同,公司將末期股息削減33%至每股0.4港元,全年股息合計每股0.52港元。
