Hot News 國策以外不容忽視的因素關注恆指會否續失勢 評論 - 評論內容Commentary Content @ 2024-10-19T Back Hot News Keyword：恆指 港股 內房股 Concept：內房股 , 港股恆指 智通財經ＡＰＰ獲悉，港股今日沖高後回落，三大指數午後集體翻綠，恆指盤中曾失守兩萬關，此前一度漲近５００點。截止收盤，恆生指數跌１．０２％或２０７．７５點，報２００７９．１點，大市成交繼續回落，全日成交額跌至１９１２．６億港元；恆生國企指數跌１．２２％，報７１７９．４４點；恆生科技指數跌１．１９％，報４３４９．７７點。 技術走勢方面，恆指再度考驗兩萬關，資金未肯進場，加上市場關注今日(１８日)公布的內地第三季ＧＤＰ及「三頭馬車」數據，港股短線只能維持２０,０００點至２１,０００點區間上落。 恆指險守兩萬關收市 內房股受壓 融創挫２７％ 藍籌匯控(００５)走高０．４％；國壽(２６２８)料首三季多賺最多１．８５倍，全日微升０．４％；平保(２３１８)卻挫２．１％；阿里巴巴(９９８８)跌０．５％；騰訊(７００)降０．８％；美團(３６９０)走低１．７％；建行(９３９)降１．３％。住建部指年底前白名單項目信貸規模增至４萬億人民幣，但內房股下挫。華潤置地(１１０９)瀉５．８％；萬科(２２０２)瀉１７％；龍湖(９６０)急吐１３．７％，為表現最差藍籌；二線融創(１９１８)折讓兩成配股，急瀉２７．３％；中海外(６８８)急挫６．６％。近期港股跌勢見喘穩，恆指只要守穩兩萬大關，後市則未宜太過悲觀。 港股方面，恆指今早高開１８５點，報２０４７１點。市場聚焦住建部今早１０時將與多個部門舉行新聞發布會，憧憬再有支持房地產措施出台，惟內房股昨日急升後，今早有回吐，龍湖（９６０）開市跌３．１８％；華潤置地（１１０９）跌０．５６％；中國海外（６８８）無起跌。此外，融創（１９１８）配售近４．９億股集資１２．１億元，每股配售價為２．４６５元，較昨日收市價折讓近２０％；該股今早開市報２．６２元，跌１４．９％。 光大證券國際證券策略師伍禮賢表示，由於市場正觀望住建部會議內容是否再有新措施，市場情緒逐漸沉穩，《施政報告》提出的樓市措施令本港地產股表現佳，港股已從較早前大升大落的波動漸漸縮小。他預期，短期內中港股市的走勢將繼續由政策消息主導，若周四內地會議內容沒有新意，恆指２萬關備受考驗，惟已自最高水平調整近一半升幅，符合技術性調整幅度，估計短期將在２００００點至２１０００點區間上落。
