| 《彭博》引述知情人士透露,中國已開始對內地超級富豪的海外投資收益征稅。報道稱,最近數月,中國主要城市一些富人被要求自我評估或被稅務機關要求開會以評估潛在的應付稅款,包括過去幾年拖欠的款項。報道指出,由於討論未公開問題,知情人士要求匿名。報道引述消息人士指,內地投資者或就投資收益繳交２０％稅款,若涉及過期未付款項或會面臨罰款,惟最終金額可以商討。報道亦指出,內地早於２０１８年落實共同匯報准則(ＣＯＭＭＯＮ ＲＥＰＯＲＴＩＮＧ ＳＴＡＮＤＡＲＤ),以避免避稅問題,不過當地監管機構未有執行對內地居民從全球收入,包括投資收益進行征稅,同時又指出難預期涉及范圍多闊,以及牽涉的時限多長。有部分被針對的人士,是在海外擁有至少１０００萬美元資產,另外是針對在香港及美國擁有上市公司的人士。報道指出內地稅務機構並無作出回應。 (ＢＣ)#彭博 #超級富豪海外投資收益征稅 |
