【大公報訊】二手樓價反復尋底,中原城市領先指數(CCL)報140.89點,按周跌0.25%,連跌5周共削2.51%,創近8年新低。該行指,美國9月減息預期升溫,小業主開始收窄議價空間,料樓價跌幅轉趨緩和,惟要待新盤貨尾進一步減少,樓價才有望出現轉向。
本港二手樓價連跌五周,續見近八年新低。中原城市領先指數最新報140.89,是自2016年九月底以來的低位,按周比較跌百分之0.25。四區樓價三升一跌,新界東按周升約百分之1.5,連升兩周;港島連跌三周後,反彈近百分之1.3;九龍跌逾百分之2。編制指數的機構表示,發展商繼續以低價推售新盤,二手成交受壓,預料二手樓價量齊跌趨勢不變。
