| 據美聯物業分行統計,端午節３天長周末計算,１０大藍籌屋苑合共錄得約１１宗買賣成交,而單計周六及周日相同,並較上周末約７宗上升約５７．１％,重回雙位數,並創６周高。若按１５大屋苑計算,端午節３天長周末共錄得約１５宗成交,周末２天同樣錄得約１５宗,按周增加約５０％。美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明表示,剛過去的端午節長周末,由於未有全新盤推售,故部份買家趁機會在二手市場尋寶覓筍盤,帶動周末指標屋苑二手交投回升。然而,港、九及新界各區均有新盤部署短期應市,故樓市仍然聚焦新盤,連同貨尾盤,相信短期內二手交投仍然反覆,成交則以減價及筍盤為主。 (ＢＣ)#美聯 |
