本港二手樓價連跌四周,並見九星期低位。中原城市領先指數最新報144點,按周跌百分之1.43。四區樓價全線錄得跌幅,當中以九龍區跌幅較大,下跌逾百分之2。編制指數的機構表示,「撤辣」效應逐漸消失,樓價反覆爭持局面可能結束,新盤低價促銷搶客,二手持續受壓,而指數仍未反映銀行收緊按揭的影響。
