四區樓價二升二跌,繼續各自反覆。九龍CCL_MASS報143.64點,按周升約0.89%,連升3周共約2.14%,但指數仍在2017年1月初水平徘徊。新界東CCL_MASS報160.09點,按周升約0.63%,連升兩周共約1.49%,繼續於2017年3月底水平徘徊。港島CCL_MASS報145.93點,按周跌約1.20%,連跌兩周共約2.28%,指數於2016年9月中水平徘徊。新界西CCL_MASS報134.37點,按周約跌0.32%,繼續處於2017年3月中水平。
大型屋苑及中小型單位樓價都微升,但仍然在逾7年低位徘徊。大型單位樓價按周跌逾2%,連升兩周後回落。
四區樓價兩升兩跌,繼續各自反覆。九龍樓價指數報143.64點,按周升0.89%。新界東同樣報升,錄160.09點,升0.63%。至於新界西及港島則下跌,分別報134.37點及145.93點,跌0.32%及1.2%。
樓價方面,「美聯樓價指數」最新報135.86點,按周升0.38%,比起四星期前升1.24%,而本年迄今樓價跌幅收窄至1.24%(見表)。雖然樓價連升2周,但目前利好利淡消息爭持,樓價連續5周於134點至136點之間反覆徘徊。
