| 樂風集團旗下旺角東洗衣街單幢新盤ＥＬＩＺＥ ＰＡＲＫ今日（３０日）公開首張價單，涉及３０伙單位。該盤入場費及尺價最平單位為６樓Ｂ室，折實入場費５９９．８２萬元，尺價近２４,５８３元，折實平均尺價近２６,６８８元。是次ＥＬＩＺＥ ＰＡＲＫ首批折實均價高達２６,６８８元，較去年１０月份永義國際何文田新盤譽林首批３０伙的折實均價２０,９３６元，高出約２７％。 |

| 樂風集團旗下位於旺角東全新精品住宅項目「ＥＬＩＺＥ ＰＡＲＫ」今日開價,再有新盤應市。美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明表示,隨著內地降准,資金釋放,料有利樓市,「ＥＬＩＺＥ ＰＡＲＫ」位處市區地段及享交通優勢,加上提供不少一房及兩房戶型,料吸引不少用家,尤其是年輕上車客及分支家庭客追捧,料占客人約８成。另外,估計項目可享逾３厘租務回報,故亦料有２成為長線投資客。由於區內約９年未有全新盤供應,料累積一定客源,有利成交。 |
