| 臨近歲晚，二手屋苑交投回落。中原地產統計，十大屋苑本周末僅錄３宗成交，按周下跌５０％，連跌３周，為近７周新低，零成交屋苑增至７個，只有鴨舌洲海怡半島、紅磡黃埔花園及天水圍嘉湖山莊各錄１宗成交。中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示，節日氣氛逐步轉濃，不論業主或准買家，均忙於准備迎接新一年，睇樓活動即時轉靜，加上市場憧憬新一份財政預算案有機會推出新一輪提振樓市措施，買賣雙方均靜待新變數，令樓市轉趨觀望。 |
| 農歷新年將至，樓市氣氛轉趨觀望，二手交投表現呆滯。中原指出，十大屋苑於周六、日(２７、２８日)僅錄約３宗成交，按周下跌５０％，連跌３周並創７個星期最少。期內占７個屋苑交投「捧蛋」，包括鰂魚湧太古城、同區康怡花園、荔枝角美孚新村、茶果嶺麗港城、將軍澳新都城、沙田第一城及東湧映灣園。 |
