由紐約「全球最佳甜點主廚」DOMINIQUE ANSEL 來港開設的「當文歷餅店」,今日在社交平台(8日)宣布全線結業。餅店獲投資推廣署推介,進駐香港五年,以創新手法制作具本式特色的蛋糕及面包,其帖文稱:「我地深感榮幸有機會係香港同大家攜手共渡過去慨困難時刻。」餅店指,持有優惠券的顧客,可於本月31日或之前來臨分店換領產品。
餅店今日於社交平台宣布結業,惟未有交代原因,「當文歷餅店於疫情初期進駐香港,一直以黎都貫徹創新、富玩味的風格,用心以香港客人為本帶來一系列獨一無二慨蛋糕及面包。」品牌由益力多樽造型慨港式奶茶曲奇杯、「經典童年回憶」蛋糕系列、熱辣辣慨「炒栗子」瑪德蓮到菠蘿包造型慨椰子熱情果蛋糕同麻糬花生甜酥,將本地飲食文化融入甜點創作,向香港文化、傳統及口味致敬。「我地深感榮幸有機會係香港同大家攜手共渡過去慨困難時刻,希望透過當文歷餅店慨面包同糕點都能夠與大家分享簡單慨喜悅
