戴德梁行執行董事及香港研究部主管鄧淑賢表示,雖然最新一份《施政報告》公布了一系列「減辣」措施,但主要惠及來港專才,本地買家和投資者入市意欲仍然相對保守,未能即時刺激樓市大幅復元;相信高息環境和股票市場不穩等利淡因素將維持一段時間,加上發展商手上新盤存貨量多,一手盤將繼續提供折讓貼市開價,二手樓價在短期內難以重拾升軌,預料整體樓價在明年上半年持平至有5%

戴德梁行:受息口、股票市場反覆拖累 料明年上半年樓價再跌5%
《經濟通通訊社7日專訊》香港置業行政總裁馬泰陽在記者會上指出,預計今年全年樓價跌5%;一手交投料錄1.05萬宗,按年升15%,為2013《一手住宅物業銷售條例》實施後次低;二手交投料錄3.7萬宗,按年大致持平。
戴德梁行料明年上半年樓價最多跌5%;料明年寫字樓租金續調整,全年下調7至9%
戴德梁行預計,二手樓價在短期內難以出現V形反彈,料明年上半年樓價仍有最多5%下調空間。
