| 新地(０００１６)旗下天水圍「ＹＯＨＯ ＷＥＳＴ」１期,昨天首輪共售出３３８伙,占可銷售伙數近９７％。新地副董事總經理雷霆於記者會表示,有見向隅客眾多,會盡快加推單位應市。新地代理總經理胡致遠指出,「ＹＯＨＯ ＷＥＳＴ」最快今日或明天加推單位,料首推開放式戶,最快周末進行次輪銷售。胡致遠表示,「ＹＯＨＯ ＷＥＳＴ」昨天上午８時３０分開始發售,Ａ 組優先揀樓,近１０組買家購入兩個單位,平均每組買家斥資約１０００萬港元。最終項目全日共售出３３８伙,套現逾１７億港元,４５％買家來自元朗及天水圍區,另有５至１０％買家是專才。雷霆認為,中港經濟復蘇,加強買家置業信心,料明年成交量有可觀升幅,樓價平穩向好。 (ＢＣ)#新地 #ＹＯＨＯ ＷＥＳＴ |
