| 由恆地(０００１２)發展的「曉柏峰」今日公布首張價單,中原地產亞太區副住宅兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,首批推售的１００伙,訂價較同系同區一手貨尾低約１５％,亦比同區新晉二手屋苑有５至１０％折讓,可見今次售價極具吸引力,加上一房入場費低於４００萬港元,料可吸引上車客入市。他稱,自樓市減辣後,交投明顯增加,尤其是豪宅,投資者已率先偷步入市。樓市已偏靜一段時間,加上市場貨尾量亦多,導致昨日有地皮流標。在樓市復蘇初段,發展商選擇先去貨,故近日新盤多采低開策略,買家置業信心明顯轉強,相信交投量會逐步向升。以中原傭金為例,本月比同期有１倍增幅,中原本月一手成交量並亦比上月同期錄２．８倍升幅,成交量回升,料樓價短期內將成功尋底。 (ＢＣ)#恆地 #曉柏峰 #中原陳永傑 |

| 【明報專訊】《施政報告》公布減辣安排後，利好樓市，再有新盤展開銷售。新地（００１６）旗下屯門ＮＯＶＯ ＬＡＮＤ第２Ａ期，昨日推售新一批共１８６伙，主要來自全新第１座的單位，當中１５４伙屬價單形式推售，另有３２伙招標。項目全日售出７８伙，占以價單推售數目的５１％。另恆地（００１２）長沙灣西洋菜北街的曉柏峰，日前以低市價約一成，折實均尺約１．７６萬元公布１００伙單位售價，昨日已收逾百個認購，外界估計，發展商將短期內落實銷售安排。 |
