| 《經濟通通訊社１８日專訊》特首李家超下星期三(２５日)發表施政報告,行政會議成員林健鋒接受電台專訪時表示,樓市最好全面「撤辣」,又認為港人三年內轉售物業而繳付的額外印花稅,亦應豁免。地產建設商會執委會主席梁志堅表示,最近與行政長官李家超見面,指出若要撤銷「辣招」,就要全撤。梁志堅表示,如果樓市持續下滑,會影響整體經濟,本港有１３０萬住戶持有物業,部分業主仍在供款,若樓價再跌,擔心銀行會收回貸款。 |
| 近期多名政商界人士相繼要求撤銷樓市「辣招」或「減辣」，外界關注，新一份施政報告會否交代調整樓市「辣招」。行政會議成員林健鋒表示，最好全面「撤辣」，若未能即時做到，可優先豁免外來人才在港置業的買家印花稅及新住宅印花稅，吸引人才，帶動就業及財富。他亦認為，港人三年內內轉售物業而繳付的額外印花稅，亦應豁免。 |
