Hot News 調查：本港雇員今年平均加薪3.8% 大灣區加幅5.5% @ 2023-10-17T00: Back Hot News Keyword：加薪 調查 大灣區 今年 Concept：本港今年平均加薪 , 香港及大灣區薪酬趨勢調查 調查發現，９８．６％受訪本港機構均於今年加薪，其余則凍薪。調整幅度主要按業績表現、雇員個人表現及市場薪酬調整幅度來決定。４１．８％公司設有固定花紅制度，平均金額為１．０４個月基本薪酬，稍低於去年調查的１．０９個月。大灣區方面，７１％機構今年加薪，研發及技術人員的調薪率升幅最高，達７．３％。內地企業會為員工提供不同獎勵，包括年終獎、績效獎金及項目獎金。去年獲年終獎雇員平均為１．８個月基本薪酬，低於前年的２．１個月。 人力資源管理學會發布最新的香港及大灣區薪酬趨勢調查結果，今年本港雇員整體平均加薪１３．８％，按年升０．３個百分點；大灣區雇員整體平均加薪５．５％；６２％本港及２８％大灣區機構表示明年分別加薪４．１％及５．４％。 調查指出受訪的本港機構中，９８．６％機構在今年加薪，凍薪為１．４％。表示有加薪的機構中，９３．２％雇員獲加薪，凍薪的雇員占６．８％。按員工職級計算，中層雇員基本薪酬調整幅度為３．９％，高級雇員薪酬加幅為３．８％。 對於２０２４年基本薪金調整展望，香港方面，調查有１３９間公司提供２０２４年薪金調整預測，其中６２％機構表示將於明年為雇員加薪，另有４％機構預期會凍薪，余下３５％機構未決定來年會否調整薪酬，展望２０２４年平均加薪幅度為４．１％。大灣區方面，調查有３８４間公司提供２０２４年薪金調整預測，其中２８％機構表示將於明年為雇員加薪，另有４％機構預期會凍薪，余下６８％機構未決定來年會否調整薪酬，展望２０２４年平均加薪幅度為５．４％。 臨近年底，相信香港打工仔最關注的，莫過於是加薪及花紅發放的情況。今年香港步入後疫情時期，全面正式通關，經濟理應逐步復蘇，而到底打工仔的加薪幅度和花紅，又會否有所提升？香港人力資源管理學會（下稱學會）今（１６日）發布「２０２３年薪酬趨勢調查」則顯示，本港雇員的平均加薪幅度為３．８％，學會會長坦言：「加薪情況相較溫和。」
