Hot News 港元拆息上揚1個月拆息最新報5.36298厘隔夜息再創17年新高 @ 2023-09-27T00: Back Hot News Keyword：拆息 Concept：一個月港元拆息 港元拆息上揚，其中與樓按相關的１個月拆息連升２日，最新報５．３６２９８厘，升７．１４點子。 港元拆息全線上升 １個月拆息創近兩個月新高 林俊泓表示，目前港元拆息已處高位，季結即將結束，料港元拆息再大幅飆升機會暫時不大，但預期聯儲局１１月可能再加息，港元拆息仍會持續偏高，難以回落，不排除３個月定存息率於１１月或１２月有機會高見５厘。 港元拆息昨日全線向上，當中與樓按相關的一個月拆息終止三連跌，升５．６７點子至５．２９１６１厘，是２０２３年８月以來最高。隔夜拆息升６６．７３點子至５．７５７３８厘，創逾１７年高位。 本周臨近季結，加上周四（２８日）綠債認購截止鎖定資金，抽緊市場資金，昨日金管局貼現窗拆出１３．９億元流動資金，金額為３周以來最多。昨日港元拆息全線向上，隔夜拆息昨報５．７５７厘，較上周五急升６７點子（１厘等於１００點子），高於金管局用於貼現窗的基本利率５．７５厘，創逾１７年以來新高，１周拆息亦抽升４７點子至５．７９４厘，創近１６年新高。 另外受季結及綠債認購即將結束影響，港元拆息全線上升，其中隔夜拆息升至５．７５厘，創逾１７年高位。 （ＢＣ) 港元隔夜拆息報５．４％,一周拆息報５．９％,兩周報５．５％;一個月拆息報５．１％,兩個月報５％,三個月報５％,六個月報５．１％,九個月及一年報５．１％及５．３％。 根據香港銀行公會公布的最新香港銀行同業拆息 (ＨＩＢＯＲ)，隔夜拆息報５．０９０１２厘，創１個月新高。與按揭利率相關的一個月拆息報５．２３４９４厘。 港元拆息全線向上 隔夜ＨＩＢＯＲ創紀錄新高 港元貶值 【短跌長升】隔夜拆息回落 １個月ＨＩＢＯＲ三連升 此外，港元銀行同業拆息除２周外全線向下，隔夜拆息回落至４．８厘以下，１周至６個月拆息處於５．２厘水平，其中，跟樓按相關的１個月期拆息，最新回落至５．２３６厘水平。 美聯儲９月議息釋放鷹派信號，加上季結、香港零售綠色債券發行，過去三日港元各期間拆息均攀升。９月２６日，除上述隔夜拆息創逾１７年新高，１星期、２星期拆息分別升至５．９２６７３％及５．７２６９６％；與香港按揭貸款利率掛鉤的１個月拆息報５．３６２９８％；中長期的３個月、６個月及１２個月拆息分別攀升至５．３０６５５％、５．３６６１９％及５．５０７６８％。
