| 《經濟通通訊社１１日專訊》中原地產十大屋苑本周末錄得１３宗成交,按周急升１０宗或３．３倍,重返雙位數交投量之余,更創出１９周新高,零成交屋苑亦遞減至２個。中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,連續兩周臨近周末均受惡劣天氣影響,樓市交投活動受挫,市場累積一定購買力於本周末爆發,加上二手業主陸續面對現實,擴大議幅求售,而且有大型銀行本月中起加封頂安息,有買家趕於調高按揭利率前入市,樓價有尋底跡象,料二手交投逐步回升。 |
| 利嘉閣地產總裁廖偉強表示，縱使早前天氣不穩，由於周末未有大型焦點新盤，加上普遍業主願意減價，買家入市意欲增強，到市場尋找合適的二手單位，帶動周末十大屋苑成交量大增。綜合利嘉閣地產分行網絡數據，在過去的周六、日(９月９至１０日)十大指標屋苑樓市成交紀錄，錄得１２宗二手成交，較對上周末(９月２至３日)的２宗大增５倍，不但打破早前連續２２個周末錄單位數字，更創自今年三月初以後的２７周新高。 |
| 港島區樓市走勢方面，中原地產太古城區資深區域營業董事趙鴻運表示，太古城本月暫錄２宗成交，較上月同期減少２宗，平均實用尺價１３９８６元。受暴雨帶影響，本周末天氣仍然不穩，市民睇樓意欲一般，本周末太古城錄２３組預約，按周不變，每尺實用叫價亦維持１７,１００元。 |
