Hot News 港股升逾300點 內房股升幅較大 @ 2023-09-05T08: Back Hot News Keyword：港股 恆指 內房 Concept：港股內房 , 碧桂園升逾 Ａ股造好，帶動港股續彈逾３００點。恆指高開１３０點，其後升幅逐步擴大，午後曾升４５３點高見１８５８３點。恆指再升３５３點，收報１８４８４點，成交１０１３．９億元。科指升２．６％，報４２３４點。內房造好，碧桂園 （０２００７）升逾１２％，碧桂園服務 （０６０９８）升近一成，港交所 （００３８８）、比亞迪 （０１２１１）升５％。 港股收盤(０９．０４) | 恆指收漲２．５１％ 內房股全線爆發 融創中國(０１９１８)飆漲超３４％ 港股午間收盤，恆生指數漲２．５５％，恆生科技指數漲２．５％，港股內房股早盤大漲，融創中國漲超３０％，新城發展漲超２０％，碧桂園漲近１５％，綠城中國、龍湖集團、華潤置地漲超１０％。 港股開盤，恆生指數高開１．１４％，恆生科技指數高開１．８７％。港股內房股漲幅居前，融創中國漲８．５１％，綠地香港漲７．２７％，綠城中國、龍湖集團、富力地產、碧桂園等多股高開。 港股亦走強，恆指盤中漲超２％，恆生科技指數一度漲近３％。內房股爆發，貝殼漲近１９％，碧桂園漲近１７％，華潤萬象生活漲近１０％，龍湖集團、華潤置地漲超９％。 最近一段時間，受到暴雷危機影響的內房股紛紛在港交所宣布復牌。根據統計數據顯示，目前在港股市場上，內房股中有很多公司的股價都降至１港元以下，其中包括碧桂園、龍光集團、融創中國、ＳＯＨＯ中國、寶龍地產、佳兆業集團等。除此之外，還有其他許多知名房企，如富力地產、遠洋集團、中國金茂、新城發展等也面臨"升仙"的困境。
