| 《經濟通通訊社２４日專訊》恆基地產(０００１２)近日公布業績,上半年多賺２５％,基礎盈利增１８％,中期息維持０．５元,但集團預料若未來政府沒有新措施出台及沒有特別利好因素出現,地產市道下半年將甚為低沉。事實上,近日樓價亦見回落,中原城市領先指數(ＣＣＬ)上周按周挫１．５４％創半年低。另政府第二幅以賣地形式推出的「港人首次置業」荃灣油柑頭住宅地皮流標,將由房協承接,連同市建局及港鐵項目,這已是今年內第４個未能批出的項目。不過,地產股近日表現似有起色,其中恆地績後雖遭多間大行唱淡,股價反連升兩日,難道已見底可開始部署? |
