反映主要二手屋苑樓價走勢的中原城市領先指數,最新報167.25點,連挫兩周累跌約0.68%。大型單位樓價跌勢更急,按周大瀉約3.04%至166.57點;至於大型屋苑及中小型單位樓價指數,同期分別沒有升跌及下挫約0.13%。
觀點香港網訊:4月27日,中原地產研究部高級聯席董事楊明儀指出,CSI(住宅售價)最新報53.98點,較上周的57.71點下跌3.73點。二手交投減少,市場觀望情緒持續。CSI跌穿55點,進入好淡分界區間。預示樓價升勢受阻,短期走勢將窄幅橫行。CSI連跌7周共12.28點,但仍未向下跌穿50點好淡分界線,樓價未有掉頭向下的信號。近日拆息持續上升,增加本地銀行的加息壓力,5月4日美國聯儲局公布議息結果,需密切關注未來數周CSI走勢。
