香港與內地全面通關後,經濟重啟,惟企業與分析師仍未敢全面看好本地物業市場,當中更看淡寫字樓租賃市道,租金或跌達半成。其中,「銅鑼灣大地主」希慎興業(00014)認同寫字樓物業供應大量增加,以及租戶使用習慣轉變,對租金構成壓力。在去年嚴格的社會防疫措施下,該企截至去年底止年度錄得股東應占虧損11.57億元,按年盈轉虧,為相隔一年之後業績再度「見紅」。
據觀點新媒體了解,2022年希慎興業營業額為34.6億港元,同比下降4.1%;經常性基本溢利20.63億港元,基本溢利21.29億港元,分別按年下跌11.5%、8.6%。
每經AI快訊,2月17日,希慎興業在港交所公告,2022年,該公司寫字樓及商鋪業務組合承租率分別為90%及99%,營業額同比下降4.1%至34.6億港元;基本溢利同比下降8.6%至21.3億港元,超過20.7億港元的預期;全年淨虧損11.6億港元。
