【明報專訊】經歷第五波疫情,本港樓價上半年調整,中原城市領先指數CCL八大指數上半年全部錄跌幅,其中CCL累跌1.74%,但該指數最新報181.35點,按周升1.13%,升幅創12周以來最大,業界預期短期內CCL於178至180點窄幅爭持。
反映主要二手屋苑價格走勢的中原城市領先指數,連跌兩周後回升,最新報約181.35點,半年跌約1.74%,按周則漲約1.13%,為12周最大升幅。分區指數中,新界東樓價指數報約188.96點,創67周新低,上半年累挫約6.42%最多。
反映本港二手樓價走勢的中原城市領先指數(CCL)最新報181.35點,按周升1.13%,升幅是12周以來最大,大型屋苑、中小型單位及大型單位樓價都上升近1%或以上。 4區樓價除新界東跌約0.5%外,其余上升,升幅介乎1.3%至2.4%,以九龍表現最好。 上半年二手樓價累計跌1.74%。4區以新界東跌幅最多,累跌逾6.4%。
最新公布反映6月底市況的中原城市領先指數(CCL)報181.35,按周回升約1.1%,錄得近12周最大升幅,如果以正式買賣合約日期計,樓價上半年累跌逾1.7%。
