Hot News 內地上季GDP按年增長4.9% 遜預期 @ 2021-10-19T12: Back Hot News Keyword：經濟 年增 陸第 大陸 中國第三季 低於預期 Concept：中國第三季經濟增長 對於今年最後一季，分析人士普遍不太樂觀。路透引述分析師認為，第三季宏觀數據顯示，中國大陸滯脹（停滯性通貨膨脹）風險正在上升。出口和房地產是拉動大陸經濟疫後復蘇的主要動力，惟第四季和明年上半年都可能成為拖累經濟的因素。如果政策取向未發生實質性變化，大陸第四季經濟增速或進一步放緩。 大陸國家統計局１８日公布２０２１年第三季ＧＤＰ（國內生產總值）成長率驟降至４．９％，較第二季大幅放緩３個百分點，為２０２０年第三季以來低點。ＧＤＰ年增率意外「破５」，反映出大陸政府大力整頓房地產和科技業、零星疫情與限電等多重因素下，已沖擊經濟復蘇步伐。 受限電等因素影響，大陸財經界普遍看淡大陸經濟未來表現。據《第一財經》調查報導，大陸機構經濟學家認為，今年度大陸ＧＤＰ增速的預期均值由上個月的８．７２％下調至８．１５％，但對生產物價指數（ＰＰＩ）年增率的預測均值則為１０．１６％。 大陸國家統計局發布今年第３季經濟運行數據，今年第３季大陸國內生產毛額（ＧＤＰ）年增４．９％，跌破５％為一年來最低，且低於市場預期，也比第２季增速放緩３個百分點。大陸官方指出，經濟總體保持恢復態勢，但當前國際環境不確定性因素增多，大陸經濟恢復仍不穩固、不均衡。 大陸將於本周一（１０月１８日）公布９月和第３季度宏觀資料，瑞銀投資銀行高級中國經濟學家張寧博士估計，９月工業生產年增速可能明顯減速至２．５％；社會消費品零售年增速可能反彈至４．８％；房地產活動可能繼續走弱；９月固定資產投資年增速可能小幅升至２％-３％；第３季ＧＤＰ實際年增速可能放緩至５％左右。 【時報-台北電】大陸國家統計局最新公布９月投資、工業年增率表現皆遜於預期，對此分析師表示，９月以來的限電限產已對經濟增長造成較大影響。分析師並稱，由於短期內經濟增長主要動力的出口和房市雙雙面臨挑戰，預期第四季ＧＤＰ年增率恐將繼續放緩。 第３季ＧＤＰ增速等宏觀經濟指標即將公布，李克強在今年大陸全國兩會的政府工作報告，把今年全年經濟增長目標定為６％以上。而今年首季ＧＤＰ按年增長１８．３％、次季增長７．９％。 大陸國家能源局１３日表示，２０２１年９月份，大陸經濟持續穩定恢復，全社會用電量持續增長。９月大陸用電為６,９４７億千瓦時，年增６．８％，兩年平均增長７．４％。
