領展 (00823)公布,至今年3月底,收益及物業收入淨額齊按年增長0.2%,分別達107.44億元和82.38億元。領展表示,經調整並計入2.9億元酌情分派,年度可分派總額增0.8%至60.1億元。領展宣布,每基金單位末期分派1.4834元,按年增2%,全年分派則為2.8999元,按年增1%。
【明報專訊】受新冠肺炎疫情影響,領展(0823)在香港的零售物業續租租金錄得1.8%負增長,並且要向租戶提供租金寬免,但集團截至今年3月底的全年度收益,仍按年微升0.2%至107.44億元;物業收入淨額升0.2%至82.38億元。經調整並計入2.9億元酌情分派,可分派總額升0.8%至60.1億元,每單位末期分派1.4834元,按年增1.79%(見表1)。行政總裁王國龍表示,隨著新冠肺炎疫情紓緩,近來集團旗下商場多了人過來消費及進餐,續租情況比6個月前好得多。
領展(00823)公布截至3月底, 全年度可分派總額60億1千萬元, 按年增長百分之0.7, 末期每基金分派148.34仙, 全年合共分派289.99仙, 按年增長百分之1.

藍籌方面,領展(823)截至今年3月底經調整並計入2.9億元酌情分派後,可分派總額增0.8%至60.1億元。每基金單位末期分派1.4834元,增1.8%,全年分派2.8999元,升1%。該股收報75.55元,跌0.8%,成交額約3.6億元。行政總裁王國龍指,在疫情初期已決定為了維持氣氛及出租表現,推出不同優惠吸引租客。期內本港物業組合落實逾400份新租約,內地則簽訂200份新租約。上季度續租租金調整率已回升至正數范圍,故對未來租金表現感樂觀。
