Hot News 國泰林檔：未能承諾不裁員數天內決定是否參加保就業 @ 2020-06-09T20: Back Hot News Keyword：國泰 Concept：國泰不裁員減薪 , 員工自願無薪假計劃 國泰航空公司空中服務員工會主席王思敏向東網表示，昨日(８日)國泰代表曾與工會會面，交代第二輪計劃的細節。工會雖要求國泰不應再強迫員工放取無薪假，但她引述公司稱冀１００％員工參與。她認為，對國泰獲政府協助仍要求員工放無薪假及拒絕承諾不會裁員感失望，「大家一齊幫手捱，但(國泰)少少承諾都唔做」，又指不少員工仍擔心會被裁員。工會促請國泰提高資訊透明度，並及早向員工交代細節。 政府「出手」注資救國泰航空，惟本港另一間航空公司香港航空未獲政府支援，其營運面臨重大困難。港航指關注到港府注資國泰的救助方案，希望能一並考慮支援維持香港作為航空樞紐地位的基地航空公司。另外，消息指，港航今(９日)發信予員工，指會延長經理級職員，以及機師的無薪假的安排至今年１０月，香港地勤人員亦要減薪１０％至２５％及每月放不多於４天的無薪假。 政府注資拯救的國泰（００２９３）透露，是其主動向政府提出援助，主席賀以禮表示，若缺乏今次資本重組計劃的資金，將會面臨倒閉，感謝政府出手。他又宣布，國泰會進行新一輪高層減薪計劃及第二輪員工自願無薪假計劃，目前未決定會否申請「保就業」計劃，亦未承諾不裁員。 譚文豪促政府加入條件 確保國泰不裁員減薪 職工盟統籌干事王宇來指出，近日部份能依靠本地消費的商戶營業有好轉，但航空業卻因反覆的疫情而復蘇無期。以國泰航空為例，據悉四至五月客運量一度跌至平日的３％，至六月亦只略升至５％。大量空中服務員自３月起「冇機飛」或甚是放無薪假至收入大減，政府的「抗疫基金２．０」只是寬免飛機泊位費或幫航空公司買機票等，未有顧及空中服務員等一眾基層員工之苦。
