今日一幅位於灣仔捷船街地皮截標,據現場消息指,該地暫收得6份標書,有入標的發展商包括合和、信和、英皇、宏安等。地皮位置為灣仔捷船街內地段第9048號,地皮面積為2906方尺,最高可建樓面面積約14531方尺,指定用作私人住宅用途,若以樓面尺價12000元計算,地皮估值約1.74億元。有業內人士指出,是次招標的地皮小於3000方尺,預料可用作興建單幢式住宅物業,相信可以吸引小型發展商或投資者入標。
灣仔捷船街「蚊型」住宅地將於今午截標,現場消息指,地皮暫收至少六份標書,包括合和實業(00054.HK) +0.300 (1.107%) 沽空 $2.37千萬; 比率 29.425% 、宏安(01222.HK) +0.001 (0.546%) 、信置(00083.HK) -0.080 (0.660%) 及英皇(00163.HK) +0.010 (0.595%) ,全部發展商均獨資入標。
