(綜合報道)(星島日報報道)中港零售數據疲弱,加上服飾潮流趨向快速換季的時裝,快速時裝紛紛進軍內地,加劇市場競爭。佐丹奴(709)早前自金融危機後,再度發盈警,今年首季業績也欠佳。佐丹奴會計師任詠文昨日出席股東會後表示,佐丹奴無意轉型為快速時裝,但會在內地推出廉價品牌,並於今年關閉內地10%門店。佐丹奴股價昨微升0.66%,收報4.61元。
【本報訊】佐丹奴(709)首季業績不理想,集團會計師任詠文指出,集團正采取多項措施挽救業務,包括在內地低消費地區推出新廉價品牌「BEAU MONDE」,銷售價約低兩至三成,以及開設特賣場,並預計會關閉約一成內地門店,即約110間門店,強調不會效法H&M等走快速時裝路線,因與其直接交鋒將會「蝕底」。
一季度,佐丹奴開始對其門店組合積極整改,門店減少了75家,其中中國內地市場減少了54家。值得注意的是,從2012年二季度至今,內地市場的銷售額均呈下滑趨勢。對此,佐丹奴公告指出,一方面,中國內地的消費持續疲軟且產品過剩使得零售商承壓;另一方面,佐丹奴正在中國內地實施品牌大幅重新定位計劃,同時關閉了形象不佳的門店。
