    據通報,本次共抽檢食品生產企業數量達到7719家,抽檢樣品共計21682批次。抽檢數據顯示:一是小麥粉、嬰幼兒配方乳粉、煉乳、奶油、巧克力及巧克力制品的樣品未發現不合格。二是乳制品、食用植物油以及糖果、果凍等食品存在部分不合格項目,其中5417批次液體乳樣品,不合格樣品達到44批次。三是瓶(桶)裝飲用水、配制醬油存在一定安全隱患。例如,抽檢2846批次瓶(桶)裝飲用水樣品,不合格樣品數為340批次,不合格樣品率為11.9%;21批次配制醬油樣品,3批次樣品不合格,樣品不合格率為14.3%。抽檢不合格的原因,主要是微生物超標和超限量使用食品添加劑。
新京報訊 (記者 魏銘言)國家食藥監管總局今日首次發布我國各地餐飲服務環節食品安全狀況的監督抽檢結果,指出餐飲食品中病原微生物的污染仍有存在;火鍋底料中違法添加罌粟殼,在辣椒及其制品中違法添加蘇丹紅和羅丹明B等非食用物質的現象依然存在。
