Hot News 樓價指數創１５周新高 @ 2014-04-19T17: Back Hot News Keyword：指數 樓價 Concept：二手樓價指數創１５個 , ３月２５日新界 &#１６０;&#１６０;&#１６０;&#１６０;本周ＣＣＬ報１１９．０４點，創１５周新高，按周升０．１８％。中原城市大型屋苑領先指數(ＣＣＬ ＭＡＳＳ)則報１１７．９４點，按周輕微下降０．０４％。不過，新界樓價下跌。中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良升指出，上月２５日新界白石住宅地皮低價批出，新界樓價率先回軟，新界西及新界東的大型屋苑樓價指數均錄得下降。新界西按周跌０．８２％，報９９．３５點。新界東按周跌０．４９％，報１１９．６２點。 四區大型屋苑樓價指數方面，港島區指數報１２７．３８點，創３周新高，按周升０．５７％，結束二周連跌。新界東區指數報１２０．０７點，創１３周新高，升０．０４％，二周共升１．１６％。新界西區指數報９８．９８點，創５周新高，升１．０７％。九龍區指數報１１７．４０點，按周跌０．８８％。 其他３區大型屋苑樓價指數方面，新界東區指數報１２０．０２點，創１２周新高，按周升１．１１％。受元朗爾巒推售影響，新界西區指數報９７．９３點，創６０周新低，按周跌０．７２％。港島區指數報１２６．６６點，按周跌０．０５％。 截至３月１６日為止的過去一個月，反映整體樓價表現的中原城市領先指數，輾轉微升至１１８．３點，平了２月２日的今年高位。分區方面，九龍區和新界區的樓價表現更為突出，兩者分別回升至１１８．４點和１２０．０點，同創今年初以來的高位（圖１）。 四區大型屋苑樓價指數方面，港島、九龍及新界西均錄得下跌。港島區指數報１２５．８３點，創六周新低，按周下降１．２２％。九龍區指數報１１４．６８點，為三周新低，按周下降２．３２％，連跌二周累計跌３．１８％。新界西指數報９８．３０點，按周下降０．６９％。新界東則報１２１．４０點，為２１周新高，按周升１．１１％，連升三周累計升２．２８％。
