    本周CCL報119.04點,創15周新高,按周升0.18%。中原城市大型屋苑領先指數(CCL MASS)則報117.94點,按周輕微下降0.04%。不過,新界樓價下跌。中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良升指出,上月25日新界白石住宅地皮低價批出,新界樓價率先回軟,新界西及新界東的大型屋苑樓價指數均錄得下降。新界西按周跌0.82%,報99.35點。新界東按周跌0.49%,報119.62點。
四區大型屋苑樓價指數方面,港島區指數報127.38點,創3周新高,按周升0.57%,結束二周連跌。新界東區指數報120.07點,創13周新高,升0.04%,二周共升1.16%。新界西區指數報98.98點,創5周新高,升1.07%。九龍區指數報117.40點,按周跌0.88%。
其他3區大型屋苑樓價指數方面,新界東區指數報120.02點,創12周新高,按周升1.11%。受元朗爾巒推售影響,新界西區指數報97.93點,創60周新低,按周跌0.72%。港島區指數報126.66點,按周跌0.05%。
截至3月16日為止的過去一個月,反映整體樓價表現的中原城市領先指數,輾轉微升至118.3點,平了2月2日的今年高位。分區方面,九龍區和新界區的樓價表現更為突出,兩者分別回升至118.4點和120.0點,同創今年初以來的高位(圖1)。
四區大型屋苑樓價指數方面,港島、九龍及新界西均錄得下跌。港島區指數報125.83點,創六周新低,按周下降1.22%。九龍區指數報114.68點,為三周新低,按周下降2.32%,連跌二周累計跌3.18%。新界西指數報98.30點,按周下降0.69%。新界東則報121.40點,為21周新高,按周升1.11%,連升三周累計升2.28%。
